Ever since Chungnam National University Hospital(CNUH) opened on July 1st 1972, it has been a leader in health care in the central region, with a staff of 1,300 caring for about 1,000 inpatients and 3,500 outpatients daily.
The outpatient services are fully supported by specialists in 31 specialty and subspecialty departments and divisions of CNUH for any consultation and referrals.The services are staffed by bilingual medical staff in each department, and the main and official language of the service is English. And also other languages can be spoken such as Chinese.
Appointments are conveniently made by telephone or fax. 24 hour's emergency medical services are provided by the medical staff in coordination with emergency services of the hospital.

CNUH is a tertiary hospital, which requires submission of a recuperation allowance (Medical Referral) that get from general hospital. Please bring an ID-card(or passport), a list of your current medications.
The hospital has two fourth-story parking space. When you enter the entrance of the hospital. You will see the entrance of the parking lots just behind the main building.
When you enter the main lobby at CNUH, you will see the Registration Des for Foreigners at the 1st floor. The receptionist will greet you and take process for registration.
We accept all major credit cards or cash and special contracts can be arranged between the hospital and foreign companies, schools, embassies or insurance companies.
