The ER is in operation 24/7.
Present your health insurance card at the Reception Desk and fill out the application form (admission agreement).
Present your patient registration certificate and card to the nurse. The doctor will decide whether you need to be admitted or discharged after seeing you.
While providing the necessary emergency treatment, the doctor will perform a health checkup and run tests/examinations at the same time. Collaborative treatment with another department’s doctors will be requested, if necessary.
Patients at the ER will not be seen by a doctor on a first-come, first-served basis. The order of priority will be determined based on the patients’ conditions.
Patients who are discharged or asked to make an appointment may pay the medical bill for the emergency care services at the Reception Desk (the next appointment must be made by phone).
Patients who are advised to be hospitalized by a doctor should receive an admission decision certificate from the doctor and complete the admission process at the Reception Desk.
Present your medical bill receipt to the pharmacist at the pharmacy to receive your medication(s) and receive instructions on the precautions and other matters pertaining to your next appointment.
