Category Description
Regional subscribers The head and members of a household born in a year ending in an odd number (national screening program in a year ending in an odd number)
The head and members of a household born in a year ending in an even number (national screening program in a year ending in an even number)
Employee subscribers Non-office workers
Office workers eligible for the year concerned (alternating system)
Dependents of employee subscribers Dependents aged 40 or above born in a year ending in an odd number (national screening program in a year ending in an odd number)
Dependents aged 40 or above born in a year ending in an even number (national screening program in a year ending in an even number)
Life stage health examination 40 years of age (employee subscribers, regional subscribers with dependents, and recipients of healthcare allowances)
66 years of age (employee subscribers, dependents of regional subscribers, and recipients of healthcare allowances)

Registration and Payment

  • Examinees should present their Health Examination Eligibility Confirmation Letter or a health examination table received from the National Health Insurance Service as well as their ID card to the staff at the reception desk.
  • Employee subscribers should bring their Health Examination Eligibility Confirmation Letter or the Health Examination Eligibility List.
  • The costs of the primary health examination are completely borne by NHIS, whereas in the case of cancer examinations, 10% of the costs may be borne by the examinee.
  • For the primary health examination, come to the hospital between 9~11 a.m. on a weekday after fasting in the morning.
